The Connecticut Office of the Arts provides self-determined capacity building support to help grow organizations that have yet to receive meaningful levels of support.

Provides recognition and funding support for CT artists to pursue new work and advance their artisitc careers.

Invests COA resources in specific, values driven initiatives to accomplish priority goals defined in its strategic plan.

Connecticut Arts Endowment Fund (CAEF)
CAEF grants provide general operating support that arts organizations may use toward programming, administrative or operational costs, capital projects, equipment, or to build their own endowments. CAEF is currently closed.
